Airport code guide
Haneda and Narita serve Tokyo-area searches, but their flights belong to different airport boards. FlyGamma has a dated observation record for both. Matching a flight number to the wrong airport can make a current departure or arrival seem absent.
Read HND as Tokyo Haneda and NRT as Narita International. When a search result says only Tokyo, open the specific flight details or airline confirmation to find its airport code. This matters on a connection: the arrival code and departure code must each be checked rather than assumed equal.
Each record below describes a dated window of flights seen by FlyGamma. Use the separate board links for a current request.
HND opens the Haneda record and its own live-board path.
NRT opens Narita's separate record and board.
Do not use a FlyGamma observation count to choose an airport for a future booking. It is a sample of past reports, not a route guarantee or a comparison of convenience. If the two legs show different codes, ask the airline what the transfer requires before making plans.
The linked airport records are observations from the published archive window, not a timetable. The live-board buttons ask for a limited current window when pressed; an empty answer does not prove no flight operates today. For a particular journey, search the flight number and confirm the result with the operating airline or airport. See what the feed can see.
Need to verify a three-letter code independently? Use IATA’s official airport-code search. For travel decisions, the current airline booking is the authority.
